Long Time Storage

If the battery is stored for a long time, the battery should be conducted a cycle of charge and discharge, and the voltage should be about 3.0-3.2V and the battery is to be stored at temperature range of 0 ℃~ 35 ℃ and RH0%~75%， low moisture and corrosive gases environment.

Short- circuit Test	The cell was charged accordance with standard charge method, after that the cell is short-circuited by connecting the positive and negative terminals with a wire for 10min, the wire has a maximum resistance load of 5mΩ,then observe for 1h.	No fire, no explosion
Overcharge Test	The cell was tested in accordance with standard charge method, then 1C constant current charged till the voltage reaches 1.5 times of the specified end-off charge voltage, or the charge time reaches 1h, then stop charge, and observe for 1h.	No fire, no explosion
Over discharge Test	The cell was tested in accordance with standard charge method, then 1C discharge for 90min, then observe for 1h.	No fire, no explosion, no leakage
Crush Test	The cell was tested in accordance with standard charge method, and then is placed on the crush machine, the axis is parallel to the crush equipment, and it is crushed between two flat surfaces till the crushing force is gradually approaching 200kN, or voltage reaches 0V, or reaches 30% distortion, then observe for 1h.	No fire, no explosion
Impact Test	The cell was tested in accordance with standard charge method, and then placed on the impact flat.A Φ15.8mm bar is to be placed on the center of the cell.A 9.1kg weight is dropped from a height of 610mm onto the cell, the distortion is allowed.	No fire, no explosion
Nail Test	a) The cell was tested in accordance with standard charge method; b) use φ5mm～φ8mm high temperature resistance steel needle, with speed of 25±5mm/s, to go through the cell from vertical direction of pole plate, the penetrate position should be close to the geometric center of plate surface, the steel needle remains in the cell.	No fire, no explosion
Heating Test (130℃)	The cell was tested in accordance with standard charge method, and then heated in a circulating air oven.The temperature of the oven is raised at a rate of 5℃ per minute to 130±2℃ and remain for 30 min.	No fire, no explosion

Q1.: Does Polinovel support door to door shipping? drop ship ?
A1.: Yes. If battery unit weight is below 30kg, we delivery it via Air Express. If battery unit weight is above 30kg, we delivery
it via sea . If you want to us to help you to make custom clearance, we would like to do that. We support drop ship.

Q2.: How can I resell lithium batteries well in my market ?

If we produce the battery which can not achieve the real application discharge current, size etc. That will put both of us in a very embarrassing and lose-lose condition. We also have price list, but it is only for your reference. We should confirm the discharge current etc. Information before we produce your orders.

Q4.: Does Polinovel battery include BMS? Can we use it for vehicle?
A5.: Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed vehicles.And make sure the discharge current can meet the application request (please refer to Q4) . If you want to use standard vehicle, please inform us, we need to adopt more complex design BMS and different technology solution.

Q5.: What is your warranty?
A6.: Our standard warranty is 2 years. Our battery lifespan can be used for at least 8 years for normal 1 cycles per day. We have a complete warranty policy documents, please feel free to contact us to get it.
